Kimberley is a seasoned agent with more than 17 years of experience. She welcomes clients with an outgoing, gregarious personality. Her attention to detail and extensive real estate knowledge enhances her clients’ experiences by creating memorably smooth transactions.

Growing up, Kimberley was always around real estate. Her father was a custom home builder who instilled in her an appreciation for high-quality properties. She worked for him after graduating from Hood College with a degree in business management.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Kimberley worked as a payroll manager. In this role, she honed her organizational skills and developed an acute attention to detail that still helps her as an agent. This position also required her to handle sensitive information—something she does often as a real estate professional.

Ultimately, Kimberley’s decision to become a REALTOR® came down to her love of the housing industry, first sparked by her father. She appreciates the craft of creating a house and relishes the opportunity to help people find the one they’ll call home. She understands just how important these decisions are and doesn’t take her role in the process lightly.

Kimberley is also motivated by her love of people. She enjoys taking the time to get to know them on a personal level, understand what they want, and help them find what they need. Kimberley strives to make people feel at ease and confident as they make some of the most significant decisions of their lives.

Kimberley helps buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate throughout the MD, PA, and WV region.

Her love of real estate and the impact she knows it has on someone’s life extends far beyond her professional role. Kimberely’s ambition to find alternative ways to allow people to experience the dream of homeownership allowed her the opportunity to volunteer for a few years as a board member with Habitat for Humanity of Franklin County. Although her term limit has expired, she looks forward to the day when she can volunteer again and continue her mission of connecting people with the comfort and safety of home.

When she isn’t working, Kimberley also loves spending time with her growing family, including her children and grandchildren. She is an avid traveler who enjoys going abroad. Kimberley also plays golf and skis in the winter months. She is a member of Otterbein Church in Waynesboro, PA.
